Roberto Florez, president of the R2Tech Systems group, began his career as an Air Force Systems Analyst, remained there for 35 years with multiple high IT and Financials management posts where his last role was that of Controller of the Embraer Aircraft Corporation.

During this time, he developed expertise unique to understanding control processes of control, management and team development along with all areas within Information technology, financials, data processing, accounting, purchasing, inventory, logistics among others. Upon leaving his career in public service he brought all this into the private sector in the form R2Tech Systems.
